	Biostatistics and Data Management Core Laboratory Services Clinical Trial Committee Support Endpoint Evaluation Medical Affairs and Clinical Research Monitoring Project Management		Every project at CPC is assigned a project manager. At CPC we understand that effective multi-disciplinary teams are the best way to achieve the goals of any project. Each project manager convenes an appropriate project team, consisting of the appropriate departmental representatives for each particular project. The following are some of the most critical elements in the approach taken by our experienced project managers: Project planning, establishment of timelines and milestones Identification of potential investigators, study site selection Development of study specific manual of operations Investigator meeting coordination, presentation and training Contract and budget negotiation Assist sites with developing successful recruitment strategies Regular project team meetings with agendas and minutes Project tracking, including full periodic reports detailing progress against baseline Site training for multi-center trials Site monitoring and monitoring for quality of primary and secondary endpoints Review, tracking and collection of site regulatory documents SAE Reporting Web-based clinical trials registry
