Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get an invitation?
If you have not received an invitation to participate in this online training, but have interest in doing so, please send an e-mail to onlinetraining@cpcmed.org.

Do I have to take the quiz?
Yes, please.

Can I take the quiz more than once?
No, repeating the quiz wouldn't be very meaningful since we show you all the answers.

Can I come back and take the quiz later?
Yes, you can. Just enter your email address and the training password in the "Login" section of the sign up page.

Can other people at my site use my email address to sign up?
No. We use email as your unique identifier.

If other people at your site really don't have their own email address, just make one up for them (for example, jane.tech@your_site.com). Right now, we don't send email to you at this address, and we certainly don't give away this address.

What if the video doesn't run?
If you are using Internet Explorer and the video does not play, click on the "watch the video" link on the video pages to try playing the video outside of Internet Explorer (this may be necessary depending on your security settings).

If the video does not play at all, your computer probably does not have a current version of Microsoft Windows Media Player software installed. When you click on the movie, you will be prompted to update your software with the correct driver. Please follow the download instructions to update your software.

If you run into problems, contact your Information Systems group and let them know that you need to update your version of Windows Media Player. They may be able to assist you.
